Who the supplier is

A wholesale bedbank built for travel companies

Hotelbeds buys hotel rooms in bulk under its own contracts and resells them at net rates to travel companies: online travel agencies, tour operators, retail agents, airlines and other resellers. The traveller never deals with Hotelbeds directly; you sell the room under your own brand and add your own margin.

Besides hotels, the supplier also distributes ground products such as airport transfers and activities. Its parent company, HBX Group, runs Hotelbeds next to Bedsonline, a booking platform aimed at retail travel agents.

Yes, for hotels. Hotelbeds is a native supplier in the stays module: you add your own credentials in the admin and its rooms appear in your search results.

Yes. The contract, net rates and payment terms are between your company and Hotelbeds. PHPTRAVELS supplies the software and connects your account; we do not resell Hotelbeds inventory.

Hotelbeds offers them, but they are not part of the ready hotels connector. We can build them as a custom integration, scoped to your contract and markets.

Both belong to HBX Group. Hotelbeds serves travel companies that connect by API, while Bedsonline is a booking platform for retail travel agents. Your account manager can tell you which one your contract covers.
