FAQ
Getting started questions
What agencies ask before they order their first PHPTRAVELS installation.
Talk to salesTry the live demo, choose the Startup, Agency or Enterprise plan, and prepare cPanel hosting with PHP 8.4+, MySQL and Apache. Our team installs and configures the platform on your server, then you add your brand, suppliers and payment gateway and go live.
Yes. The live demo gives you admin, customer, agent and supplier logins with no credit card, and you can book a guided call to walk through it for your business.
Standard cPanel hosting with terminal or SSH access, PHP 8.4+ with the usual extensions, MySQL or MariaDB and Apache with mod_rewrite. The minimum is 1 GB RAM and 2 GB SSD storage; more traffic and suppliers need more.
Installation takes 7 to 10 business days on Startup, 1 to 2 business days with rush setup on Agency, and 4 to 6 hours on Enterprise. Supplier contracts and credentials are often the longer step, so start them early.
Not for installation: our team installs and configures the first deployment, and daily work happens in the admin panel. A developer is useful later if you want to change the code, which Enterprise includes the right to do.
For live inventory, yes. The platform connects to suppliers with the credentials they issue to you. You can also load your own hotels, tours and cars directly and sell those from day one.
