Example plans and prices for illustration. Live plans, coverage and prices come from your own supplier account.

Travellers need data the moment they land, for maps, ride hailing, translation and messages, and most still buy it at an airport kiosk or pay roaming fees. The eSIM module puts travel data plans on your own website and agent portal, so that spend stays with your agency and every booking is worth more.

Country plans cover one destination, regional plans cover a group of countries on one eSIM, and global plans suit multi-stop trips and stopovers. You decide which countries, regions and plans appear, and the price each one sells at.

Checkout add-on

Stay connected, offered right after the booking

When a flight, hotel, tour, Umrah or visa booking is confirmed, the traveller sees eSIM plans for the destination they have just booked.

The offer reads the booking: the destination selects the country or region, and the trip dates show which plans last the whole stay. The traveller adds the eSIM and pays for it with the rest of the booking, so there is no second checkout.

Each eSIM sold this way is extra margin on a booking you have already won, the same idea as seat or baggage extras, applied to mobile data.

Usage and top-up

Every eSIM stays in the traveller's account

Travellers come back to one place to find their QR code, see how long the plan has left and buy more data for the same destination.

Each order keeps its plan, QR code, validity and invoice on record, for the traveller in their account and for your team in the admin. When a trip runs longer or the data runs out, the traveller buys another plan for the same country in a few taps, and that is one more sale for your agency.

  • Orders and invoices

Every eSIM keeps its QR code, plan details and invoice, in the account and in the admin.

  • Validity at a glance

The plan's start, validity and expiry are shown, so travellers know when it ends.

  • Repeat purchases

Plans for the same destination are one tap away when more data is needed.

Supplier and margins

A live eSIM supplier, your own prices

No separate reseller dashboard: plans, orders and margins sit in the same admin as your other products.

Connect Airalo with your own credentials to sell its travel eSIM plans worldwide. You keep the supplier relationship and its net rates, and add your margin on top for your website and for your agents.

Compatibility

Check the phone before the traveller pays

An eSIM only works on an unlocked phone that supports it, so compatibility notes and install help sit next to the plan, before checkout.

  • Device guidance

Compatibility notes and step-by-step install help for iPhone and Android before travellers buy.

Before you buy

  1. 01The phone must be unlocked and support eSIM.
  2. 02Install the eSIM over Wi-Fi, ideally the day before departure.
  3. 03On arrival, turn on the eSIM line and data roaming for it.
  4. 04Keep the main SIM for calls and texts; the eSIM carries the data.
  5. 05Do not delete the eSIM during the trip; a QR code usually installs only once.
