Who Travelstart is

An online travel agency born for African routes

Travelstart started in 1999 and is based in Cape Town, South Africa. It sells flights first, with hotels, car rental and holiday packages beside them, to travellers in several African countries.

In 2019 it took over the online booking websites of Jumia Travel. Besides its consumer sites, it runs an affiliate programme and a sub-agent programme for agencies that resell its fares.

    Test searches and bookings run on the test system across routes and passenger types.
